There is no way that institutional investors will approve increasing stock options from 10% to 20%. I would sooner accept issuing 10% more stock in an equity financing because it would be offset by cash, but an increase of 10% stock options to 20% is 10% dilution right out of shareholders pockets with no material benefit....by the way, I don't trade stocks-I buy and hold and currently have 875,000 shares....
