Where is the cash going to come to finance this? The only answer so far leads to major stock dilution that will really be painful for small retail investors.
If Poet really has the magic beans that some think it does then why not go to a company like GF and give them an exclusive to produce it for the first view years in return for the financing to commercialize it? You would think something like this would be achievable given that the Poet's chairman was the former CEO of GF. But no, these guys are buying a fab and going to try to go it alone. Perhaps the management has the know-how to take this on, but do they have the money? Who is going to pay for all of this?
Douche bags and their " pseudo salient" arguments seem to glom onto this forum...sure be nice when it's all said and done. In the interim it's the "stupid switch" .
