The pharma industry is very important, everytime there is a virus outbreak (Ebola, Zika etc) who saves our as$ with vaccines and medication? Yes the exact same industry YOU are raping.
In terms of price gouging and government agencies, fck them. The government including Clinton, know that companies are here to make money. It would be very easy to leave the USA and conduct research in a pharma freindly country, where pharma tax dollars will be gladly accepted.
These government agencies better trend carefully because they are playing with research and development of drugs for their tax paying population, best to keep the tax payers alive, if you get my drift.
Regardless, if CXR makes earnings this Friday or misses is really inconsequential. Yes the stock may drop....whatever. I'm more interested that they can pay down their debt, the stock price will eventually take care of itself. If you have a 3-5 years horizion on this stock, just relax......CXR will pay their debt and the SP will rerate.
Remember Valeant has caused a ruckus in the industry. ALL pharma companies are in the penalty box.......UNTIL they are no longer in the penalty box.......
