RE:RE:Matamec next steps
"You say never going to happen" Well that is purely a off the cuff remark without any reasonable understanding of the situation and the current position where we are.

It appears more of a remark of frustration than a rational thought.

The timeline laid out by Rocky was spot on.

Ok, what we have here is only one and maybe two possible setbacks or delays from the timeline laid out.

First one is the collaboration with First Nation. Now it isn't that this issue hasn't been discussed, so it has been on the table and news one way or the other is near. Geez, how many years doesn't it take to convince an entity it is a good or bad deal. Remember, all the environmental hurdles have been addressed so what may now is being negotiated is the MONEY or the royalty payments.

The second one is in my opinion the real issue and that is the commodity sector. However, this isn't a problem of earnest proportion, but does present the venture capitalists determination on length of return. But with that said, the company does have a self-funding mechanism in the Gold claims and this is a lucrative position from a business stand point to be in.. It gives them control and the leverage.

Timing is right for them to move forward since the bottom of the commodity sector is here and it can only go up, of course there are peaks and valleys. Also these metals can be stored and what is most appealing is, the HREE sector isn't burdened by price controls, but set at the time between the company and interested entities and based on supply and demand. Yes at the time demand is still in it's infancy, but that will in time improve since Toyota and others just don't have confidence in the Chinese who manipulate the markets since they control the HREE sector.

Canada knows the importance of this industry and the huge reserves they have and you can be assured that the interest of First Nation will be met along with the Canadian government knowing dam well what it means for the future of this very promising potential for the peoples and the country.

So this is my rational thinking and I would have appreciated if your one liner would have been a little more in-depth, than such a shallow remark.

Have a good day
