RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Spincos Coming Soon? "The value today is absolutely not $18/sh."
That is not what I said, I said if NexGen were to take Arrow to production, and assuming present-day term pricing (US$44/lbs), NexGen would be worth well over US$6Bln... or comparable to Cameco. Cameco's share of unmined reserves and resources at McArthur River (240Mlbs) and Cigar Lake (110Mlbs) totals 350Mlbs. Arrow has at least that much and is infinitely easier to mine.
"We are not disagreeing I think."
Well, we are certainly not saying the same thing.
You are saying that if the buyer had a $1, it is better to take the $1 in cash than take $0.90 + a royalty. Which may or may not be true, but it is not what I am suggesting and it is completely missing the point.
I am saying, that all the buyer has right now is $1, but we know that fair value is $3. So we take everything the buyer has... $1, and also retain an option to receive 5%+ of future revenues/income generated by the asset.
