Hmmmm.  Is it possible that the company conveniently was split so that the maker of Pennsaid could be easily taken over by some suitor, perhaps Horizon, leaving the rest of 'old' Nuvo Research in Crescita?  If that were to happen legacy and other shareholders would not be compensated for all their time and stress, etc.  as P2 takes off worldwide.
