RE:GREAT NEWS FOR AQUILAJaynomics, if memory serves me correctly Eagle mine had around 360 questions from DEQ. By the way there are examples where not only a company but a shareholder has gone after a poster who posted misleading information on a public board. Boerner saying that Aquila has to submit a new permit was misleading for sure.
