Not management destroyed 80% of company's (share) value but shareholders, who first hyped the company and drove shares above 1$ when the company didn't have anything but a developement team and the sold their shares in times, when the company needed to invest heavily in the expansion of it's customer base.

There are too many people here who want quick money and don't have the patiences (and brains) to let the investment pay back.
