No problem. Of course I am well aware of the fact that GLK matheson facility doesent have access to cheap hyrdo quebec electricity. Actually, that was one of my main concerns during my due diligence period. Especially if they want to do purification (high energy consumption intensive), it would be costly to do that with expensive electricity rates. One of the possible solutions is that Micronization could be done at night/special hours when electricity rates are at their lowest price, now they have the noise permit and there is no residential neighbors nearby anyway. But doing high tonnage of micronization + purification would get more tricky, you will need to run everything 24h/24 (you cant just stop the furnace and re-run it from cold temperature levels).
Maybe one solution in the future is to find another facility in quebec to do purification and benefit from low electricity rates. They have a rail/train access in front of matheson, so transportation costs wouldnt be a problem.
As Mike C. stated in an interview regarding purification infrastructure: "We are going to end up at our facility whether its in Matheson or if we decide to put the purification equipment at another location because we all know purification equipment is very energy intensive and as Jerry will verify, we think Ontario province has the highest electrical rates in North America. So we may just move it 100 miles east to the Quebec province where the rate goes down by a factor of like 70% or look at doing it maybe somewhere here in the States. So the idea is, we would hopefully have the micronization done this year. Purification sometime next year, probably the middle of the year and then make a decision whether we partner with somebody that has the equipment out there or we buy the equipment on our own."
