SGG VS HSR

SGG VS HSRSGG will be acquired by Seabridge for 10m dollars. they have a very low grade project while in the golden triangle area. 

HSR has 1m high grade gold and 20m reasonable grade silver while the market cap is about 3.5m. will be interesting to see how the market will move the stock.
