RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Dividend statement neededI agree with bbwibone here.  The dividend is in dangerous territory and in reality i'd rather see the dividend go away and support the balance sheet.  Not many penny stocks pay a dividend and theirs a reason for that.  I'm a dividend investor butcurrently the yield is just far too high.  The CEO is also leaving which adds to the questions about this company.  I think given the volatility and lumpy earnings we see from GRC i'd like to see the dividend go to a nice sustainable level or cut completely.  Focus on balance sheet, get the share price to a reasonable level where it will start trading more liquid.

Too many people invest in penny stock style investments and then flood the boards with hope and optimism.  I really want to see GRC succeed, but i'm willing to look at it realistically.

In the long run, a better positioned company is better for my investment than a risky monthly dividend.
