RE:RE:a deal? what deal...LOLDumb is a good word.  What securities fraud are you talking about?  Do you even know what securities fraud is Reflect?

There is no securities fraud.  LRE has never announced that Sino has the cash to close the deal or will close the deal.  It might happen and it might happen soon.  It might not happen but at least LRE will keep the $20million.  

Sino can back out anytime whether they have the funds or not.  This is basic investing stuff.  That crazy lamwcw is right for once.....sell now.  This investment is not for you whether the arb is successful or not.
