regarding any difference in the price action in the U.S. vs Canada.  Because this is just a penny stock, it's possible to have a seemingly material difference in the %gain/loss between the two exchanges.  It would likely be due to the last trade of  Ucore on each side of the border.  UCU may trade on the bid side at the close while UURAF may trade on the offer side leaving a discrepency when the price is converted to either Cdn$ or USD.  It will all be worked out the next day.  Otherwise, traders would be looking to arbitrage the stock and volume would be far greater. 

Also, i read often that posters have received responses from the company via email.  I asked a question over a month ago and got no response.  That bothers me.  Who are you contacting in particular?
