retired2007:  I don't "know" anything.  However, it appears the previous management was horrendous in many ways and the current management is attempting to salvage the company.  Simple as that. 
"Orchestrated"??  Orchestrated for what?  Isn't it obvious?  The company needs money.  Steve Hancock and others believe the company has a viable business concept yet no one has stepped up to provide significant investment.  Is the concept good enough to overcome the previous horrendous management actions?  Soon we will know.
This talk of the stock being "manipulated" down is laughable.  There are no buyers so to speak so the share price has only one direction to go: DOWN.  Why should there be buyers?  If this company can't raise money, the share price will be at zero.
