The administration and logistics involved to get the Private Placement done were very complicated and time consuming - no ones fault just a lot of moving parts. One consequence of this is we have got a little behind on completing the financial statements but should be filing them in the next day or so. As soon as they are ready we will also be issuing an update on the business in general
