60% of shareholders back Smoothwater
"A clear majority of shareholders have spoken loud and clear in support of the Smoothwater Dividend Plan, including Bruce Mitchell (AOSs largest shareholder at 15.9%) who took the extraordinary action of issuing a press release on May 5, 2016. Many other shareholders have written letters to the board in support of our plan. Other shareholders holding over 30% of AOS have privately communicated support for the Smoothwater Dividend Plan. Based on this, over 60% of shareholders actively support the Smoothwater Dividend Plan. "
So, considering it is now clear that a substantial majority of shareholders do not support the present management, is it lawful for them to continue to delay any action, and continue to pay themselves salaries?
