RE:RE:AGG vs AKG

RE:RE:AGG vs AKGThis imbecilic newbie not only cannot read and understand some simple statement "AKG over $4.00", instead thinking people told him to buy AKG at $4.00?!......... but is now showing he does not understand how the market works and values a given company.....  Learn some market smart, imbecilic newbie before you shout..... Oh, no one will say you are dumb if you keep quiet?!... .LOL......  I want to see when AGG will catch up to AKG in terms of MARKET CAP?!!!    JDN already lost the bet by saying AGG would go into production before AKG?!!!    Now, maybe this imbecilic newbie can bet AGG market cap will catch up to AKG any time soon???   ..... LOL......

AKG
AISC $798
190K oz production
IRR 22.6%  (27% @$1300 gold)
NPV 5% $574m ($770m @$1300 gold)
Payback Period 3.1 yrs @$1300 gold
Pre-production Capital Cost $295m Phase 1 + $270m Phase 2
Current Market Cap $835m

AGG
AISC $788
> 50K oz production
IRR 43% (49% @$1300 gold)
NPV 5% $86m ($106m @$1300 gold)
Payback Period 2.4 yrs @$1300 gold, 2.6 yrs @$1200 gold
Pre-production Capital Cost $45.5m
Current Market Cap $20m

AISC is slightly better for agg, IRR is almost 2x better, payback period is faster.
AKG $835m market cap is trading way over its NPV, compared to AGG market cap trading way under NPV. AKG 190k oz for $835m is not cheap. AKG looks like it is already pricing in 2 years in the future expecting double the production with Phase 2. Harder for share price to increase when it is already pricing in the future.

AGG pre-production capital cost of $45.5m is extremely low in comparison.
Even if agg production is 4x lower, the market cap deserves better than 40x cheaper.
If they were to do debt plus equity financing as planned, say $10m equity $35m debt, that increases market cap to $30m, still 28x cheaper.

Dumb and Dumber will now bash this because they are desperate to bash anything that can be positive for AGG.

Dumb and Dumber long holders desperately bashing their own stock thinking that will help = incredibly dumb imbeciles.
