The Fund’s investment objective is to provide total return through a combination of capital appreciation and current income. The Fund will invest at least 80% of its managed assets in a diversified portfolio of convertible securities and non-convertible income securities. The Fund will invest at least 30% of its managed assets in convertible securities and up to 70% of its managed assets in non-convertible income securities. The Fund may invest without limitation in securities of foreign issuers. Fund invests in various sectors, such as technology, financial, communications, energy, basic materials and other. The investment advisor of the Fund is Advent Capital Management, LLC.

RE:RE:RE:RE:FloorFor the first time, I'm actually thinking we're out of the woods with this seller.  I don't know about the #7 yesterday but am thinking that might have been someone else.  The 31 cent and 30.5 cent buys and sells are actually getting us closer to the goal.  

We've been buffered in the 30 cent area for so long, everyone's afraid to make a move it seems.  But we were 30 cents when Integra was 30 cents and now Integra is now 70 cents.  Avnel should have done the same - the catalysts were even better with Avnel.  Now I like Integra but I'm here to make money and it's Avnel's time to make a move.
