You ask why the potential isn't being realized. I think the conversation around "Buy-America" on the conference call is the answer. Much of their potential pipeline/ backlog/ whatever they are calling it these days, is from the U.S.. This seems to be a large hurdle, which the solution to this issue is finding an American partner. The reverse RFI to me was the "uh-oh" news release. We (Canadian investors) should have seen something like this coming, but unfortunately we were blindsided by potential $$'s in our eyes. 

Hoping for good news on a US Partner soon... the $$;s will come back soon.
