Why are shorts going after CXR?I can understand Valeant with its past management fumbles. Amaxing punished and currently sells for 1/10 what it was worth a year ago. But I agree with the bulls on that one at $30, it's a good firesale stock for contrarians.
I can also understand the short attack on Nobilis which appears to be a US company listed in Canada to allow it to have a sloppy recording practice. Failing to deliver needed filings two in just six months.
But I simply cannot see what valid points the shorters have made. For those rational, analytical shareholders here and future shareholders who have done your research, can you see any valid weakness on Concordia except for the debt of the Amco acquisition that warrants these depressed prices.
It almost seems that the financials could be a disaster and the price already factors that in?
Am I missing anything? Serious responses please. I welcome bearish views but the paid or hidden short seller bashing is something that deserves an ignore.
