News Releases

I find you have to decifer the content of News Releases.They are written so you can come up with different conclusions as to what they are saying.When they use the word Pursuant to receiving approvals means they do not have all the approvals yet.Yes they do have power and the engineers are doing construction and getting equipment ready for production as per the NR but there is still more work before the switch to equipment is flipped on. JMO
