Sorry, I did admit my mistaken understanding of the terms of the earn-out and threw in a little self deprication to boot.  I still don't thik we will see any earn out in the next report as you sugested given the 10 day delay for the minimum and the 60 day delay in the surplss earn out payments.  

I just shared a bit of  my "blah blah" research with a friend who is a significant investor, you should hope he is impresessed with the research I shared (which is actually a compilation of the work of many contributors on these boards like kidl, El Canadianese, ayeyou, thedon, Speigel62, and all the others of us that need to put in some work to figure these things out for ourselves.....and share our research with others).  You'll know it when you see it, but there might just be a big enough buyer coming in to drive us over $0.20 on millions of shares......I can't promise anything.....but let's hope he is impressed with my blah blah.....also know as due dilligence.   

Please recall, I'm the one who asked you to discuss GEN.to in The Microcap Kitchen, so I respect you have a good source of information, I'm just not sure you need to work for it the way the rest of us humble market participants do.
