Quite possibly you are smarter than the rest of us and your analysis is correct.  However, analysts following this company have recently shifted their recommendations away from strong buy and buy to neutral

3 "Strong Buy" and 2 "Moderate Buy" are all gone, leaving 4 "neutral"

You give much emplasis to cash flow but ignore net profit (or loss)

The dividend is NOT sustainable at current rate based on write off that must be taken.  The dividend comes out of shareholders equity when a company is losing money.

Take a good look at the financial statements in their entirity, not just the "cash flow" line.  Take a closer look at the quality of receivables.  It is not as rosy as you may it to be.
