RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Financial Model suggests $0.12 / share in 2016I agree, it is economies of scale plus, of course, reputation and skilled labor force. There are also competitive advantages in some of LRL;s proprietary floor products.
There is little or no economy in wood costs, but there . presumably is in labour and local Canadian-based fixed costs. As they have always maintained, they are using the exchange rate to offset logistics costs, viz.,"Luxor, Colt and Mill Frame felt the timing was right to pre-build in Canada to ship across the border into the USA using the exchange rate to support some of the logistics costs.."
Even with the share dilution on the 'mergers' this looks like we will have successive qtrs of good financial performance.
