On a more serious note, PEA's do not always mean a rise in sp, the main issue here is institutional support and the internal promotion that comes with this, no new analyist have jumped on board, ekim has done some math, and to his credit, looks reasonable, it is not a stretch to believe that institutions can do the same. History has proven to them the Friedlands have done financing when it isn't expected and that is now biting them in the a$$ IMO. The big discounts and the mountian of paper created would keep them all away IMO, so, to move this past a PEA, another great deal of paper is going to be needed if they do not find a saviour. The tea leaves here are not that unknown, 1 fantastic pipe, one reasonably good pipe, more to flesh out, remote northern outpost with little infrastructure, 250 km of road to build, etc etc. Despite ekims optimism, if it was really that simple and plain, pretty sure sp would not be where it is.
