RE:Invest99 and TruthtoTellI got my shares in the spin out from Rubicon so they didn't cost me anything. Having held it since 2006 and from info from Rubicon I have a pretty good idea of the value and it is at least triple what they are paying so minority shareholders get screwed. This has been a controlled story (by Dan Gertler) since the spinout. I don't expect anything will come from it but I think I will the OSC take a look.
