RE:RE:OK GUYS !! You are free to load up as much as you can.Summeroil, Liberia is anything but hopeless.  Essel talks about Liberia as though it's a done deal and I doubt they would do that if they weren't convinced.  I have heard things are moving forward in the negotiations with Liberia as we speak.  Let's not forget the Ebola epedemic put everything in that part of the world on hold for a year.  I'm expecting the Liberia PSC by the end of the year and any sooner would be a bonus.  Let's just focus on Kenya and Guinea for now.  JMHO
