You people sure assume alot of things here. Actually I have and do use it to market and promote a business and it it's not that hard. For me personally 500 followers took no time at all to accomplish, sales in my business have come directly as a result of twitter, which means someone that never heard of my business before has now as a result of twitter.

Trust me, using social media to spread your name is a much wiser decision than Canada AM !!!!!

We are in the eighties anymore. First off I can't find no associated twitter account for medx. Perhaps you'd like to provide a link Infidel. I also do no see a single post in relation to medx health and twitter.
You have to actually use the account in order for it to create any type of following or relation to other followers.
