RE:RE:RE:Dear Retail - ask yourselves hard questionsThere's some truth to this but with a major caveat change: it's not about Lloyd as he won't take a piss without Fleming/Kramer's permission. It's about what Kramer does with his shares as he has close to 20 MM shares. He's a maverick. The fact that he's back on the board gives investors some comfort but again, his activity should be watched.

Was his departure warranted? Is he still an insider and connected with the company.
Full disclosure: I have a long position on NHC to watch. I only sink my teeth when I hold. I used to short and play options a lot but I only go long on short attacked stocks.
The price action this morning mirrored that of bigger brother healths VRX and NHC.
What happens next on the trade will be interesting to watch.

3. Calculate the numbers of shares the past CEO has. Now that he is gone, he can sell all his shares to unsuspecting fools while continual pump and down cycle continues here to enrich the few at the expense of the many.
5. Which other insider will depart with his shares that he will no longer have to report as an insider once he's gone?
