What is a share of BUS really worth?

What is a share of BUS really worth? With no profit, loses of $4 million a year, no earnings per share, over 50 million shares outstanding and rising, no assets with any significant dollar value and a break of value of approx 2 cents a share.  Of course they win every bid, they work for nothing. Sure they are a start up co. but do you think the big boys are going to stand by and not stomp on them. Do you think the big players  with deep pockets won't build the same bus?  Do you really believe this should be trading at 70 cents or a $1.05 as some would lead you to believe. Is BUS really worth a market cap or $35-55 million?  OF COURSE NOT.
