Last Week Trading

Last Week TradingAnyone out there who is following this stock care to speculate on why the stock popped up to 14.5 cents last week?

I'm really curious as to why RBC would want around 200-300K shares and just grab everything at market.

I realize there was news today regarding the 2% NSR buy from Teck but I can't see how this would create a buying rush we saw last week.
