Casey Reseah Comments"With an exceptionally robust 80% After-tax IRR, this PEA is obviously good news. Trucking the ore to the existing plant saves a ton (or tonne) on initial capital, and, while it adds operating expense, it will also likely make the project easier to permit. Even though Australia is generally pro-mining, any time you want to build a new plant this close to a town, theres always permitting risk. Just making a hole in the ground is less alarming. Best of all, Newmarket has all the cash in hand it needs to build the mine, so we should be able to see new high-margin production with no dilution to our shares. Were very pleased to see our shares doing so well, but of course this does argue for patience for those new to the play. No stock goes up in a straight line forever, especially not in the most volatile market on earth."
