I have shares in them . I bought @ 5 bucks ,2 bucks and 70 cents. The only reason I didn't sell was that I thought  OPEC would cut back production but they never did. When Morguard came on board. I figured they had a 50/50 chance of not going belly up so I held and averaged down. With the fire and Morguard, I feel comfortable that the shares will bounce back. Plus if Trumps gets in which is a long shot but he was also a long shot for the party and he won that. The Pipeline is a go and that will be in Nov..

We should have a few years of solid vacancy and oil will come back and when it does it will be over $130 bucks.

Hopefully this clears things up but since your high you probably will not get it.
