To the question, "would this company still be worth a lot of money regardless of this deal?".....I would argue, "YES" in theory, but "NO" in reality.
It has been so long to get here, and Encanto has provided insight into their plans and the status.  I think that if the MMTC deal imploded, that it would probably be the death nail for Encanto.
I think getting ongoing pp would be very difficult, verging on impossible.  Obtaining trust from investors would be hard.  I also think that the impact on Muskowekwan F.N. would be catastrophic.
At this time, I and many other people have faith in the management team, and the strategic dots they are connecting.  My confidence would be shaken to the core if this deal were to completely die.
I do not think that this will happen.  I still have faith.
