RE:Proposed Board Shake Up - Should Help Excelling PKT Forward

Why will this help shareholders. We need an independant board. Whats to stop them from giving themselves even bigger raises.
Rick Baxter CEO made $340K in 2015
Patrick Bonney VP made $245k
Simon Buckett made $225

Need independant directors to keep them in check. Shareholders need to vote against this. I suspect the big 3 arent getting their way with the board so they are getting rid of them.
