RE:TRC Capital's offer

RE:TRC Capital's offerHey Mates,

I've just googled this TRC Capital outfit, and discovered that they've made dozens of mini-offers to the shareholders of various big name firms, always at a discount to record lows it seems.

The strategy used in mini-offers, it appears, is to scoop up shares from less informed shareholders at firesale prices.

I gather they are being watched closely by the SEC, but surprisingly no action has so far been taken.

Cheers,

Brit
