RE:RE:RE:K2 Principle Fund owns 20 million COQ shareshe invested nothing in this company, nada... Just the opposite, he took C$ 10 million out, when they went public. 
They have absolutely nothing to lose, when COQ can not pay their bills, as the Morrisons are the creditors and this paragraph secures them all they want to own for cheap.
