Back on Feb. 11 the volatility (slow) was almost zero, and the bollinger bands were narrow.  Then on the 12th we broke out of this low volatility (the best condition to breakout from) and the fun started. 

We are now seeing the slow volatility decrease again, as the bollinger bands are getting tighter at this new level of 15-16 cents.  So my prediction based purely on the bol. bands and basic chart patterns, is that this will continue to consolidate in this new, higher, narrow trading range for sometime, maybe another week or two, then another breakout of tight bands and low volatility, with the pp approval/completion, and the "next steps" hinted at in the last nr.
