RE:New AppealWhether you like him or hate him, you have to admit that JRL possesses a remarkable tenacity for introducing cases into the Chilean court system. I don't know how many of his cases have proven to be unsuccessful (almost all of them?), but it doesn't seem to dissuade him from coming back to try again. I think in this regard, he shares a common philosophy with BJ... and as long as funds continue to trickle forth there always seems to be another case to bring before the courts.
You're very aware of what's going on in the courts MTStack... do you know JL's win/loss record? It must certainly keep lawyer Torres very busy with all that paperwork to shuffle around. No doubt he'll enjoy having an afternoon away from the courts to attend that conference and put in his 2 cents about "boosting social license to operate through renewables." I wonder if he's volunteering his time and expenses for that or if his favorite sponsors will be footing the bill for it?
