RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Happy Capitalizm ya filthy animalsNo argument, the NS is an incredibly harsh enrivonment and expensive.  As for no majors interested in IAE?  Well, that doesn't jibe with Delek being in the game.  I'm not sure what you mean by "major", but Delek is no minnow and they didn't buy 20% of the company and put their top two guys on the BOD just for sh ts and giggles.  And just to be clear, Delek is a multi-billion dollar company (in 2012 they have revenues of 11Bil USD which by comparative standards is somewhat in the neighborhood of an Apache).

Clearly they are interested in IAE and if they are, then it is a good bet that others may be as well.  Delek has been looking to get into the NS for about four-five years now (all publc information) and of all the possible ways into the NS they chose IAE.  And they are not greenhorns.  Their presence in the NS and IAE certainly doesn't fit into your assessment of the company or the sector.  Might be something you want to ponder.  Just what the 'ell is Delek doing on the BOD of IAE?  And it doesn't matter what answer you come to, the fact is they wouldn't be there if they weren't seriously interested in the company.
