Alfa - Insider Activity

Alfa - Insider ActivityI saw this transaction dated yesterday on the Canadian Insider web site. Click on the link below. Two transactions showing a change of ownership of 44 million shares of Alfa. Anyone know what this means? Wonder if Ohara or someone is buying out there stake in an internal deal. With Alpha's share they would have 40%. With the timing of yesterdays article could make sense. If a single shareholder owns 51% of the company can they oust management and take over? Anyone know how that works and timing? Similar thing happened with Grand Tierra Energy last year.
