RE: Last post on IIROC

RE: Last post on IIROCJust called them. Although they are run as a typical government (non commital publicly) organization, I asked anyway. Here I am paraphrasing their responses.

The duration of the halt in this case is because they don't want leaks developing while final paper work is completed. The duration along with a company requested halt smacks of IIROCs approval in light of the importance of whatever is coming. I am now convinced this is not about samples but as I (and others) have mentioned before.... a complete buyout, a JV with a name, and/or an equity stake..it also tells me that due to duration that it may well be a foreign offer.

One interesting comment the guy made..."foreign reporting entites are subject to larger scrutiny....and would have to take into account time differences, language, legal requirements"

It would not be TESLA directly but thye may have a buyer who reps them in the Lithium space.
Interesting times...........

Will it be cents or $$$$...??
