RE:Coud be an offer for the debt notes at 40%?And Alfa and EIG were going to pay over $2billion just for the shares less than a year ago. Now they could have a debt free company and all shares for not much more. As oil continues to tick higher this becomes more of a possibility. Problem is the insiders (co-chairmen) own alot of the debt. That's the shady part of this whole deal.
