The mineral concessions include La Salada, Santa Clara and Caliguey. Its La Salada concession is located approximately 80 km north-northwest of Zacatecas city, adjacent to the town of La Salada. Its Caliguey is located 60 km northeast of Zacatecas city, 10 km east of the town of Villa de Cos.

I asked him that and he said that would be "highly irregular" to halt for that duration.
So not saying no, nor yes, but can't see them halting for that long.

They have had 4 full business days to work on it. Something tells me it was in progress when a leak occured. So due to the importance of the content decided to shut it down. So best guess its been in the works maybe 2 weeks now ?
