RE:RE:I spoke to steve Agree. Skeleton board more likely and not a “crew”. As we said before, CFO and all employees are out. The creative network is out (see email below that one of the creative's received). And above all, VID’s clients are asking for their deposits/reservations back.
No skilled workforce
No creative network
No technology
No clients
Get financing for what?
I bet they are lying to new investors to minimize their liabilities and not because they believe there is hope.
Shenanigans indeed.

jason@enlightenstudios.ca Hello,
I wanted to send this email to each of the videographers who have been waiting on payment from VidWrx so that you have greater insight into why your payment hasn’t been received to date. I wanted to send this email because I am no longer working for the company, in light of what has transpired and felt you deserved to be informed.
First, I’d like to say that while I have tried my best to ensure you each get the money owed to you, I can no longer continue in my position at VidWrx for a number of reasons. The first of which is that in the last few months I have seen each of you not being treated in a way that respects the hard work that you brought to the table. The second is that I also haven’t been paid for my recent work, and so it is clear that VidWrx is not able to follow through on their commitments.
My sincere apologies that the situation has come to this. The producers and staff at VidWrx greatly appreciated everything that you contributed and it was truly shocking to us to see that your invoices went unpaid. We were told that the situation would be settled in short order, so we continued along in our day to day operations, but it has become very evident that the company doesn’t have the money necessary to fulfill their obligation to each of us. As such, none of the VidWrx producers, administration or other staff are currently working in the VidWrx offices anymore.
VidWrx had been run as a publicly traded company, and unfortunately they were not able to secure the investment capital that had kept them afloat over the last few years. We recently underwent a management change and truly believed that the company would rebound and move ahead; unfortunately, that is not the case.
I can’t advise the best course of action for you. What I can do is give you the contact information for the board of directors. At this point, they will be the best people to contact to secure the money that is owed to you.
Even though I no longer work for VidWrx, I would like to extend an apology to each of you. You worked hard and fulfilled your end of the bargain. You deserved to have been paid sooner, and if I can be of help in any way let me know.
All my best,
