Well all I can say is the smell here has gone from bad to putrid.  In the long history of investing there is nothing more telling  than a  late Friday afternoon press release going into the long weekend.


The ultimate irony here is the Banker's deal might get done first and then if this deal happens I may be able to use those proceeds to play a small arbitrage on this one.


In any event, you would have to have balls of steel to stay long on this investment with all the shenanicans going on.


Until something concrete is announced I think the best thing to do is sell your position and go fishing.  There will always be time to buy back in if clarity and more importantly $$$$$$$ show up.
