RE:Monday

RE:MondayRoller:  I agree with your hyposthesis that the market is not rewarding CXR for it's model and in a perfect world this company would be better off run privately.  It totally makes sense.  However, there are many players here who do believe that in time the markets focus will ease and that the model will be very effective.  CXR is being painted with the VRX brush and thats not what it is.  MT has built a company with an international distribution channel that I believe has many competitive advantages in making deals that will be extremely profitable to all shareholders.  He's not in any rush.  Unlike small investors, institutional investors understand the underlying company has immense potential and know in time they will be greatly rewarded.  Big money isn't bailing based only on SP   They look at the fundamentals.  CXR has reconfirmed guidance and done some tuck ins that I believe will help them beat their current projections.

MT will contiune executing his plan and in time the SP will respond.  In the mean time PE firms will be hovering.  KKR and others looking for MT and his investors to panic.
Will a BO happen?  I'd say the odds are 30/70 against.  Unless of course the premium in greater than $65 USD which probably won't happen with current SP

Could be bumpy going forward !!
