RE:RE:RE:Monday
My understanding about all this takeover chats is that MT is forced to consider going private.. We all know with upcoming election and lack of democracy in States politicians can bash anything they want and media will make things worse.. This won't happen in any European country nor neither in Canada.. . It may take years to fix biotechnology healthcare sentiment. Gilead and few others are top notch companies but look at their charts.. same like rest.. Even debt free Concordia with current cash flow or had revenues from Jupiter wouldn't make any difference in current environment. Is there a debt free Co btw? Lol.. The most interesting interview BNN had was between Catherine and Donville DKAM's guy on the day of rumour.. it seems like BNN deleted that conversation on website unless I don't look carefully.. I wonder what Donville will say when he is on air again. I bet he is forcing MT to go private. The short and Clinton stories are getting tiresome for many companies and shareholders so they may fire back with M&A and private transactions. They all lost their Market caps big time so that blocks their acquisition power and R&D a lot.. Concordia has small market cap and concentrated shareholders so it's easy to go private. In this low interest environment big PEs can snap debt significantly and save a lot on interest payments.. CB
