RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Happy Creek will get bought out...are there any pure play tungsten co's worth 200 million market cap?  I doubt it.  But HPY is unique given its high grade.  it may also be unique in other ways like the way they exceute ... selling props to fund development an idea...alternatively they start with small truck and shovel op, no mill, no tailings and just mine near surface material for a coulpe years to generate some $ to  cover G&A, fund more drilling, PEA, resource, larger development.  This is the way mining used to be done. today most shareholders want to see an FS, etc. but if HPY is tightly held with patient shareholders, could ride this up to $3 over 3-5 years on minimal to no dilution. think about it... dilute to 100mln shares and the ceiling comes down to $2 (using a max $200mln mkt cap) who knows...
