debentures

debenturesI think there will be two  scenario's with roughly the same outcome
1) the first and best for everyone involved is 66 and 2/3 of debenture holders accept the latest offer
2) majority of debenture holders reject the offer, our share price langushes until this time next year when the warrent option on these debentures expire.
Either way there will be a lot less shares issued
Its up to the debenture holders what option is better for their ego, stay first in line for one more year and feel important or check your ego make a little money and accelerate the success of the company and ALL shareholders including the debenture holders who I assume are also large share holders.
No use getting upset its either now or next year when we can start making some money
